"Not a lot to pick from"
Every time I check, there just isn’t much available. The stock seems low often, so there’s not really a lot to choose from.

"Order was fine, return was fine too... mostly"
My order showed up on time and everything was correct, so at first I was like, great, no drama. Then I realized I’d picked the wrong extra part and suddenly I was annoyed at myself and ready for the whole return process to be a headache. But it wasn’t bad. They took care of it without much hassle, and the refund came through after a few days. Overall, solid experience.

It arrived quicker than I expected, and everything worked out just fine. i think that’s all you can fairly ask for, no issues, no hassle, and the order showed up on time.

"Smoother Than I Expected"
I ordered a few parts from Motion Industries and expected it to be a little clunky, like some industrial supply sites can be. But the site was easy to navigate, I found what I needed quickly, and checkout went through without any weird issues.
The confirmation email came right away, and the order showed up when it was supposed to. It wasn’t some amazing standout experience, but that’s kind of the point, I expected more hassle than I got, and instead it just worked.

"I felt a little misled after buying this..."
I felt a little misled after buying this. It looked like it was going to be a decent value, but once I saw what was actually included, it felt way too expensive for such basic parts. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion.
